Love this one! Shame not to get the black border from the emulsion coating of the original, though — one of the trademarks of these “alt” processes. Or would that feel like cheating?
Thanks Mike! Click on the see full scan link – the black border is there. Certainly not cheating, to show a print with the black edge. I generally prefer to over-mat prints so just the image is shown. I have so often found that when the full coating is visible, with black edge and coating marks, conversations turn to just the process and not much else. So now I am a bit ‘edge-shy’ 🙂 in the context of these posts though, I want to show the prints on all possible presentation modes. Hence the edge viewing option is there too.
